Well-being
plays a crucial role in improving work productivity, enhancing occupational
competency, and reducing the risk of burnout. Recognizing this, the Oman
Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) is committed to fostering a healthy medical
community—not only during the training period but extending throughout a
professional career.
To support this goal, OMSB has developed a Well-BeingOnline Program, available through the OMSB E-Learning Portal.
This program provides comprehensive knowledge on the various components of
wellness and practical strategies to enhance them. It is an integral part of
the Core Program for OMSB Trainees.
Upon completion, residents will have a well-rounded understanding
of how well-being can be effectively managed at both individual and
institutional levels.
